Return & Refunds
We at, Nutrillect Naturals Private Limited is doing everything possible to ensure our customers have the best online experience.
For Indian Order
- Returns are accepted and refundable if they are made within 5 days of receiving the package.
- If you’re not satisfied with our products, please return them in a resale condition.
- You won’t be eligible for a refund if we receive the damaged product.
- If, for any reason, the item is not delivered or cannot be collected and you’ve provided the wrong details, you can always request a resend, please note that you will have to bear the shipping charges or reshipment. If you wish to get a refund, we will check the parcel and provide you with one if there is no damage found.
- As we receive the return package, you will be informed regarding the refund. Please note that the shipping fee is not refundable.
- We process cancellations within an hour, so make sure to reach out to our team before then. If you cancel your order before 1 hour has elapsed, we’ll refund you according to the same payment method and it will take 5-7 working days for the money to show up on your account.

For International Orders
- Please check the Return and Refund Policy of your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes.
- Shipping and customs related costs are non-refundable once the product is rejected by custom authority or in case of non-delivery. If the package is returned to us, we will initiate the refund after all the deductions like shipping cost & custom fee.
- If Custom Authority seizes or confiscates your order, then it is not possible to provide you with a refund.
